Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://massagetherapynewbraunfels.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Well Day Spa reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, The Well Day Spa markets and arranges Body Scrub Treatment, Custom Facial, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by The Well Day Spa or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. The Well Day Spa may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. The Well Day Spa makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will The Well Day Spa's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
